Making the process of estate disputes less emotionally and financially draining on families

At Nurture Law we recognise that bringing family together under stressful circumstances and protecting your loved one’s hard-earned money and wishes requires sensitivity, support and transparency.

IN A NUTSHELL:

Our goal is to cultivate amicable settlements that maintain family relationships at minimal cost through a fixed-pricing approach.

Hi, I’m Kelly Gatehouse

Principal Lawyer and Director of Nurture Law

I’m a wife, mum to a toddler and step-mum to a tween.

I grew up watching my parents work hard to build their own small business and appreciate the importance of a legacy being passed down honourably through generations.

Protecting that is something sentimental to my values, but also integral to the reason why I started this firm.

I’m not a fan of longwinded advice full of legal jargon or prolonged disputes that cause mental and financial strain for individuals already doing it tough, which is why my firm has innovated the industry with upfront fixed pricing so you can have peace-of-mind and confidence when accessing legal support.
